Welcome to CCF Makati Sports. By creating an account and using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. CCF Makati Sports is a weekly basketball, pickleball, badminton, and running community based in Makati, Philippines.
You may register if you intend to take part in our community games. If you are under 18, you may only register with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, whose details we collect during registration. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
You sign in with your mobile number and a personal PIN. You are responsible for keeping your PIN private and for activity under your account. If you think your account has been accessed without permission, contact us so we can reset it. We store PINs only in encrypted form and can never see them.
Joining a game may require a contribution fee, shown in the app before you reserve a slot. You may pay online or request to pay in cash on game day, subject to organizer approval. Slots are limited and are confirmed at the organizers' discretion. Fees collected go toward court rental and running the community. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case by the organizers.
When you reserve a slot, you accept the following community rules, which you also confirm each time you join a game:
You agree to play fairly, treat other members and organizers with respect, and follow our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. You are responsible for content you post in the app's Feed.
Basketball, pickleball, badminton, running, and related activities involve physical exertion and an inherent risk of injury. By taking part in the runs, open plays, or any activity, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk and within your ability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless CCF Makati Sports, its organizers, leaders, and volunteers from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, hospitalization, medical expenses, or health issues arising from your participation. You confirm that you are physically fit to participate, that you will not play if injured or unwell, that you will consult a doctor if you have a medical condition, and that you will stop and inform an organizer if you feel unwell during play. You accept this waiver at registration and reconfirm it each time you reserve a slot.
You keep ownership of what you post, but by posting you allow CCF Makati Sports to display it within the app to other members. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
Organizers may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms, harm other members, or misuse the app. You may delete your account at any time from your profile; doing so permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and significant changes will be communicated to members. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
